AMBRA PROMOTING KUREHA KF POLYMER PVDF RESIN IN EASTERN EUROPE

The initial partnership is officially including the whole Eastern Europe. Ambra will also develop the KF Polymer business in several other European countries

Ambra is proudly announcing that starting from 2019 will distribute the famous PVDF KF Polymer brand of Kureha Corporation.

With a nominal capacity of 11,000 Ton/year at its plants in Iwaki (Japan) and Changshu (China), Kureha is one of the largest producers of Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin in the world, under the famous brand KF Polymer.

KF Polymer is a widely used fluoropolymer for applications which require resistance to fire, chemicals like acid and alkali and weather, including fitting, pump, valve, exterior overlay film, hoses, fishing lines, filters, lithium ion batteries, strings and many more.

Kureha Corporation is a large Japanese holding with differentiated business. Beside KF Polymer, the Advanced Materials Division includes among others also PPS, PGA and carbon fibers.

The partnership with Ambra on KF Polymer includes officially the whole Eastern Europe, while Ambra we will also develop technical business in other European countries.
